DISCOUNTS
A 10% discount is awarded for bookings of 2 or more animals at the same location.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things happen or pop up so we do allow cancellations. However, cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay half the price of the appointment, meanwhile, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay the full appointment fee.

10-15 miles (£5.00)
CONSENT FORMS
To ensure your animals welfare is put first, GEX Massage Therapy works in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Veterinary Surgeons Exemption order as a legal requirement. This means that unless your animal is completely fit and healthy and only requiring massage therapy for maintenance to help them feel their best, I will require veterinary consent. This is due to the fact that massage may negatively impact your animal due to contraindications present (e.g. undiagnosed lameness, open wounds, fractures etc) and therefore your animals vet will need to consent that the animal is okay/safe to undergo massage therapy from myself.
